On the day of your wedding, we deliver a top notch DJ, MC, and audio/visual performance. We do this by using experienced wedding disc jockeys and professional DJ audio equipment to provide the appropriately requested music selections for your ceremony and reception while also taking care of the requested announcements and vendor coordination. As a result, your guests will enjoy a smooth flow through the timeline of festivities while creating many fond memories. Wedding Disk Jockey / DJ, MC During our DJ and MC service, we are happy to announce and personalize any event from the "grand entrance" to the "last dance" and include video slide shows, personal stories, guest acknowledgements, and more. With your permission, your Spotlight Entertainment DJ enjoys making an effort to get to know your friends and family, and gladly extends an invitation for them to make music requests. Your wedding Disc Jockey also keeps in contact throughout the day with your other vendors (photography, catering, video, etc.) to consider their special needs, thus ensuring that everyone is ready for the next event on the timeline. With this effort, all vendor performances are optimized. These are a few tactics we use to contribute to the success of your wedding.

Remember, we have an extensive history of providing premiere wedding ceremony and reception entertainment in much of central and Northern California. Common additional services we can provide for your wedding include:

  • Video Montages: Your personal collection of pictures and/or movie clips put together and choreographed to your music requests. All put together on a DVD, CD Rom, or VHS format for wedding day slide show and/or for wedding favors
  • Full-color LCD video projector and 6" x 6" screen ready to receive from most audio/video components for video presentation at a time you choose
  • Second ceremony set-up A: full ceremony system with appropriate lavalier or handheld microphones and music mixed in before, during, and after the ceremony according to client request
  • Second ceremony set-up B: self-powered ceremony set up on tripods with wired microphone and stand and music played before, during, and after ceremony according to client request
  • Lighting for dance floor: "Vertigo Light" - This is a smart light with built-in microphone. When music is played, the "Vertigo" picks up the beat and sheds colored light on the dance floor, which moves in rhythm with the song. It provides a festive atmosphere but is not overbearing.
  • Additional lighting packages: (i.e. laser, flood, gel etc.) details available upon request.
  • Karaoke: state-of-the-art Karaoke set-up displays the lyrics on 13" inch monitor in time while you sing on a wired microphone. Large library of songs with many styles of music. DJ is available to run the system and organize requests.
  • Additional needs: contact us with additional audio/ video needs and we will be happy to either accommodate your request or refer you to a reputable source that can.
